Domus student living12/24/2023 Sighhhh, I have a list of question that I need answers to, and I need to go to a legal representative to get some answers. Other Residence Halls (Camplus Colleges and In-Domus). Overall, Im just super depressed now, its like im getting my soul sucked out of me have so many questions that I dont know the answers to, like whos going to sue me? Domus or the Landlord? Domus wont even tell me who the landlord is >.>, I tried asking but the leasing manager Alice just keeps telling me to talk to her instead. Cattolicas student housing options are as numerous as they are varied. I could also argue that I was under duress or the influence of depression when I signed the lease (though I really dont want to) - I was forced into a mental hospital for 3 days the before July before I signed the lease on April 2014 (I'm sure i can get records of). My abnormal circumstances is that, I ran away from home and have been living by myself for reasons I do not want to share, I could lie and say that my mom doesnt have contact information on me, but she does. They a photo of my driver's licence with an address where I have not lived at or even been near for at least 2 years + (but my mom still lives there). Or if anyone knows, are there any previous case of Domus student housing suing students?Įdit #1 Extra Information: I do not have a guarantor, I paid them 2 extra month of rent up front. I know I am dumb and I messed up, but I want to know the risk of me walking out on them right now.Ĭurrently I'm missing 2 months of rent (did not pay them yet), and I want to know the chances of them suing me if they did not do their best job in mitigating the damage. The merge of past, present and future creates a unique and harmonic architectural entity, continuing the tradition of the Old Domus to be one of Finlands finest and most forward turned student residences.Currently I'm at an iffy situation, here is the link to my situation: Overall, the addition will respectfully renovate the valuable Old Domus, whilst developing the ensemble to respond to contemporary demands on all scales between building, neighbourhood and city. A public pavilion close to Väinämöisenkatu will provide additional local functions, which can adapt over time, such as a bike repair facility, an exhibition space or a platform for local events. Instead, lush vegetation, bicycle parking and terraces compose a qualitative space meant for relaxation, learning and social encounters. Parking spaces and asphalt surfaces are removed and relocated to the South-East and North part of the site. The ensemble is then tied together by a new and integrative landscape design, with special focus on the central courtyard creating a new social and green heart. After all, an elegant and yet distinct dualism between the existing and the new parts is fostered, creating a clear and pure architectural readability of different temporalities within the overall project. The new buildings harmonically co-exist with the historic ones, and the usage of structural timber elements will not only provide a light-weight, but also sustainable way of densifying the ensemble. Relevant geometrical, material and detail features found in the Old Domus are treated respectfully and are at the same time re-interpreted into a new architectural language. This new face of the Old Domus proposes as complementary design, integrating and completing the valuable historic ensemble instead of superimposing alien architectures onto it. It becomes relevant to add a new architectural layer to the ensemble, to increase the residual density, and to implement social incubators bringing student residents and local neighbourhood closer together. To do so, it is required to not only execute a profound and respectful renovation of the existing ensemble, improving the energy performance of the structures and living standards for its residents. Evolving Domus has the unique possibility to deliver a vision of merging the past, present and future in a distinct and sustainable way to the city of Tampere.
